Welcome to the Chan Lab Lukas!

Brief bio: After a 6 month tenure at UC Berkeley as a German National Academic Foundation fellow, Lukas Smaga returned to the University of Kassel to complete his diploma thesis, which is equivalent to an MSc degree. His research focused on the development and application of silicon rhodol-porphyazine conjugates for light harvesting applications. Lukas is currently pursuing a PhD in chemical biology.
